MOUNTAINVIEW, CALIFORNIA - Internet search engine Google is reported to be imminently introducing a test version of its online-payment service.
To attract customers, Google plans to offer an unspecified rebate to people who make online purchases using the service, known at the moment as Gbuy.
The system would challenge payment options by Ebay's PayPal, which has more than 100 million users.
