LONDON - Adez, a soya-based fruit drink, is poised for launch in the intensely competitive UK health drinks market. The new brand has already been test marketed in Argentina, and will be available in a variety of fruit and natural flavours.
    Unilever hopes Adez will exploit the rapidly growing market for healthy drinks. It is fortified with vitamins, minerals and calcium, with one variant developed specially for those with milk allergies.
    According to a Unilever spokesman, Adez will be aimed at a "mainstream market" with launch promotional activity beginning this summer.
