A popular UK reality TV show requires the alleged celebrities taking part to participate in a 'bush tucker trial' where they eat various bugs and insects. While that provides entertainment for viewers, some 2 billion people around the world take entomophagy more seriously, supplementing their diet with insects. And when Rentokil moved into the catering business with its Pestaurant project, ordinary people in the UK were able to try these items for themselves.
