Global Marketing Index, March 2013: Marketing budgets increase in all global regions

Global marketing budgets are set to rise in all global regions according to the latest data from Warc’s Global Marketing Index.

Marketing budgets by region
Above 50 = generally improving; below 50 = generally declining

For only the second time since the Index began in October 2011, European marketers reported net growth in budgets this month, with an index value of 50.5. This is the highest reading recorded for the region to date and represents a 1.7 point increase from February.
