Mark joined Mindshare in September 2010 as chief operating officer, where he is responsible for leading the evolution of the agency offering, creating new ways of working and forging integration across the agency's major divisions The Exchange, Business Planning & Invention. In 2006, he was appointed managing director of digital agency i-level, responsible for the overall operational control of the group's media, search and affiliate divisions. Leading a team of 120, Mark evolved i-level's proposition, through the creation of its social media division, Jam and development of its data and analytics capabilities.
