Playing out in the open had become an elusive experience to the residents of Manila, the capital of the Philippines. Space to play, parks to enjoy and fields to run around had become a rarity. Bringing back the space to encourage outdoor recreation in the city is what Circulo Verde aimed to do.
Circulo Verde is a condominium community of 15 residential towers laid out over 10 hectares of land. It currently competes with at least 50 other condominium brands sprouting up around Metro Manila, all offering affordability, privacy and convenience. What sets Circulo Verde apart is that it dedicates 70% of its 10 hectares of land to green and open spaces.
