Bart Michels joined WPP's brand consultancy Added Value as director in 2003 and became its global CEO in July 2013. He started his working life on the client side, in marketing roles for companies such as GSK Consumer Healthcare, Kellogg's and Coca-Cola.

A fabulous book by one of the smartest and most eloquent planners on the planet. Like many books of its genre, it gives great advice about how to win over people through the power of ideas confidently, clearly and creatively expressed. Unlike other books of this genre, it is brilliantly written, really entertaining to read and incredibly insightful at a human level.
