Lowe Lintas & Partners in New York has picked up the $60–$65 million regional and national creative, strategic and account management business of auto firm Saab USA, a division of General Motors.

Earlier this year [WAMN: 31-Jan-01], Saab shifted the duties from Lowe’s Interpublic-owned cousin the Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia to Stockholm shop Lowe Brindfors, which vowed to open a dedicated office close to the client in Atlanta. However, the auto firm has now reversed this decision, opting instead for the network’s New York unit.
