KIEV, UKRAINE - The world's third largest vodka producer by volume, Soyuz-Victan of the Ukraine, is planning a $10 million (€8.26m; £5.71m) marketing push to support its entry into seven major US markets this August.
S-V is positioning its SV Supreme brand to compete with the likes of Grey Goose and Chopin in the booming super-premium vodka sector. Also in S-V sights are the Asian and Western European markets, but top priority is accorded to the US, says stateside sales manager Mark McKethan.
