PepsiCo has unveiled the senior management line-up for its new PepsiCo Beverages and Foods North America unit.

The division unites its Tropicana, Gatorade, Quaker Foods and Pepsi-Cola businesses into one group for the USA and Canada.

Al Carey (50) is appointed chief operating officer of the unit, taking responsibility for the sales teams at its constituent brands and driving initiatives between them.

Other appointments include Dawn Hudson (44) as the division’s president for Pepsi-Cola, having previously been senior vp of strategy and marketing at the old Pepsi-Cola North America arm.

Also, Jim Dwyer (43) formerly PepsiCo’s senior vp–merger integration, becomes president of Tropicana in the region. He replaces Brock Leach, who will take charge of special development projects at the parent group.

As revealed last week, Gary Rodkin (50) is the North American unit’s president/ceo.
