NEW YORK: The two recently promoted joint chief executives at the convalescing exploitation empire of domestic goddess Martha Stewart (pictured) are to receive annual base salaries of $650,000 (€451,891; £355,249) each, according to a filing last week with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition, Wenda Harris Millard (formerly the company's president of media) and Robin Marino (quondam president of merchandising) will enjoy the usual perks associated with corporate convalescents.

They report to Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia executive chairman Charles Koppelman, who himself manages to exist on a $900,000 annual base salary.

All three will additionally enjoy incentive bonuses equivalent to 100%-150% of base salary and are contracted until December 2011.

But investors, it seems, are not all that enamored of the deals. MSLO shares traded down 2.21% on Friday afternoon to $8.86.
