Hugh Treacy, managing director, Arnold KLP Hugh Treacy has been managing director of Arnold in the UK since its founding in late 2010 as Arnold Worldwide's largest office outside the US. Prior to this, he worked at Euro RSCG for the previous 12 years, and was managing director of Euro RSCG KLP for eight of them.
