In January 2010, Millward Brown published the BrandZ™ Top 50 Most Valuable Chinese Brands for the first time. The BrandZ™ survey has been used to create this brand valuation because China’s economic weight within the global economy is becoming more important by the day. The Chinese economy is in the midst of an enormous transition from a China known for manufacturing, to a branded China. The near-future global market will soon include these Chinese brands.
