JD Power, Asia Pacific (JDPAP) has been active in Asia since 1989 in Japan and 1999 for the Singapore office. It conducts a number of syndicated multi-client studies that are considered to be robust and valid, in the markets they survey, particularly the automotive customer experience surveys.
