The crisis, or slowdown, in the qualitative research sector seems to have evolved into a situation where researchers are now struggling to keep up with demand.

What Trends offers, says AQR chairman Rosie Campbell, is a welcome break. It's an opportunity for those on both the client and agency sides to hear what's happening outside the industry.
