All of us can agree that the agency business has changed over the past ten years.

Such terms as commoditization and integrated communications have become part of the vocabulary and we've gone through a recession which may finally we going away

But through it all the business side of the advertising agency business hasn't changed all that much with some basic truths continuing as just that.
