Web 2.0: consumers take charge

In this introduction to this Admap's report on Web 2.0 (April 2007), Roderick White illustrates some of the issues raised by the enormous changes in consumer internet interface. He also highlights our areas of ignorance; namely, how do people use the new 'media' (like blogs, consumer-generated content, and Second Life), how long a life will they have, and when will these 'media' move from experimental to mainstream.
