The Latin America Bluetooth headset territory may still be seen as incipient if compared to the American, European and Asian markets. Still, it is a growing market. In 2005, according to Motorola's internal sources, the total market for wireless headsets moved up from mere 10,000 to 400,000 units/year.

In 2006 it is estimated that this market will more than triple its volume, reaching the figure of 1.5 million devices sold...
