Overview

The "Hush Puppies Dog" campaign was initiated by the Hush Puppies division of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. It ran from mid-1987 through April 1991. Working on the campaign were Richard L. Simpson Wolverine's director of advertising and public relations; Jeff Lewis, advertising manager for Hush Puppies shoes; Minneapolis-based photographer Rick Dublin; and Bob Barrie, ad director from the ad agency Fallon McElligott, Minneapolis.
