Kodak introduced 'disposable' cameras to the UK in1989; 24 shots on Gold 11 film and a camera all-in-one. When the film is used up, the camera is returned to Kodak and recycled once the prints have been developed. Despite two initial TV advertising campaigns (produced by Y & R London and Y & R Paris), when JWT London was awarded the business in 1992, the brand faced both low levels of awareness and poor levels of trial....
