SUMMARY

AIDS has crystallised into one of the most important health issues currently facing the world community. With an estimated (World Health Authority) five to ten million HIV positive worldwide, and the prospect of either a vaccine or a cure still some years away, western governments have turned to public education as the best tool to limit the spread of the virus.
