Selecting marketing agencies to support your business can be fraught with problems so much so that you can hardly blame any marketing manager who goes to great lengths to avoid the process. However, it does not matter how hard you work at sustaining an existing agency relationship there will inevitably come a time when a new agency will have to be selected and appointed.
