Adstats: UK adspend forecast
Total UK adspend is expected to rise 3.2% this year, following estimated market growth of 4.4% in 2016, according to the latest data from the Advertising Association/WARC Expenditure Report. Adspend is expected to reach £21.8bn in 2017, compared to £21.1bn of estimated spend in 2016. Within this year's total, internet is forecast to be the largest ad medium, with spend of £10.9bn.
