"The number one rule at Atom Bank is to be absolutely customer obsessed", according to Lisa Wood, the bank's chief marketing officer. Atom launched in the UK earlier this year with an offer that is far removed from traditional banking. It has no branches or call centres and all customer contact is via an app. "We learn what the user does in-app, then present this functionality on entry" to the banking app, Wood explained to Econsultancy's Future of Digital Marketing conference, held in London in June 2016....
