Gender diversity is a hot topic in the advertising industry in 2016 and no company is currently under more scrutiny on gender than J.Walter Thompson.

Speaking at an event in London in March 2016, just a week after her appointment, the agency network's CEO, Tamara Ingram, said that diversity will be "top of the agenda" in her new role.
