This paper tells a story of how an advertising agency used a mass employee activation idea to reassert itself as a company who gives back and makes a difference to the world we live in, in the minds of its employees.

The activation idea was none other than a 25 leg, multi-discipline relay that went from John O' Groats to AMV (Marylebone, London). It took exactly 6 days to complete and everyone in the company took part.
