Emotional data: an oxymoron

An idea is fickle, ephemeral; but when planted in your mind, it takes hold out of nowhere. You've experienced it before, how this seed of a thought germinates in a time lapse; its petals start to bloom whether in a crowded meeting room after a two-hour shouting match, or in a dream.
