Simon Glover co-founded creative agency ODD in 2002. He had previously created award-winning retail design solutions for Orange and Marks & Spencer and helped to form the marketing department for architects Farrell & Partners. He also worked on innovation and new product development for Unilever, Samsung, Pace, LG and British Airways.
