Making the shopping experience easier and simplifying consumers' lives is paying dividends for brands and retailers that, together, are helping people find what they need in-store, and boosting sales in the process. The International Shopper Insights in Action event held in Edinburgh in November 2014 heard that a new era of co-operation between retailers and their suppliers is allowing breakthroughs in store layout and even co-branded communications, to great effect.
