Objective of the campaign
Business problem:
Bringing your car in for service is never a fun thing. The inconvenience, repairs and inevitable costs often make the experience less than ideal. Once a vehicle's warranty expires, Audi dealerships also risk losing the owner to outside mechanics.
Our task was to create a unique experience for out-of-warranty Audi owners that promoted the Audi Health Check program in a surprisingly delightful way.
Measureable goals/objectives:
- Increase in Audi Health Check registrations
