And that, Scott Seaborn, global strategy director at loyalty analytics business Aimia Inc, reminded an audience at the Digital Divergence conference, an event held in London in February 2015, was long before the advent of mobile technology, social media, the Internet of Things, driverless cars … The pace of change is "remarkable", Seaborn said. And it shows no sign of slowing down....
