2016 has been dubbed "the year of VR", and certainly virtual reality was a strong theme at the recent CES, where the build out of the VR support ecosystem was evident. And with both Sony's PlayStation VR and Facebook's Oculus Rift headset due to launch in the first half of the year, the stage is set for an explosion of interest in the technology, with brands and agencies beginning to explore a new world of possibilities for reaching and engaging consumers.
