New Frontiers’ reports on eight geographically diverse emerging economies: Argentina, Mexico, South Korea, Turkey, Indonesia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Poland.
It notes extreme differences in population, ranging from 227M in Indonesia to just 25M in Saudi Arabia, and both total and per capita GDP. Similarities include educated youth, economic growth, tech literacy, globally connected, growing middle class and trend towards consumption. The report gives a synopsis of each country, focussing on household size/structure, mobile and broadband penetration, and percentage ownership of durable goods like cars and appliances.
