Family vacations have changed forever, and if you don't like the new face of travel you can blame the Internet.

According to Brian King, Marriott International chief brand officer, a new generation of digital natives have changed the entire family travel planning process. When it comes to digging deep into a family get-away "kids know where to find information that their parents don't know", he told the annual MIXX Conference of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB); "kids are the family's new CIOs. Moms are still the CEOs, but the kids have a new voice."
