Hello everybody.

Now before I deliver my allowed 15-minute "speech," let me answer a couple of questions which I suspect are on your minds.

First of all, I'm sure you're wondering how did I ever get chosen as Chairman of the 4A's? And the second question might be why did Interpublic buy True North? The answers are interrelated.
