BACKGROUND

This programme was a 12-month dealer incentive to encourage sales people within Land Rover dealerships to increase new car sales during a very tough trading period in the UK. It was also intended to support staff and improve morale, as well as driving performance during this challenging time.

The economic environment was the main challenge facing the client and prior to the campaign, the business was considering the impact of the economic climate like many other automotive manufacturers in the UK and Overseas … Marques like Nissan, Ford and Lexus who are amongst Land Rovers competitors.

The client wanted to help staff maximise every sales opportunity and show them support. To this end, the programme touched the lives of 740 people every day and received unparalleled participant feedback. As one Sales Manager put it ‘This is by a country mile the best incentive we’ve ever had’.
