Jugaad might not be a word heard commonly around a boardroom table – not one in the western world at least. It's a Hindi word describing the process of using a makeshift solution using scarce resources. In India, jugaad is a way of life. Searching for examples of it online conjures up images of scooter helmets made from tin pans and shower heads made from plastic bottles with holes punched into the bottom.
