An apple fell on my head once. I looked at it and realized that the tree it came from, its leaves, trunk and roots were all there, inside the apple. The earth and the inner fire the apple drew life from were there too. As well as the water that nourished it. Biting into it, the apple would be part of me and my body would be part of future apples.

This is Tao. It's a philosophy but it is also practice and cries out for usage. Looking at something through the eyes of Tao leads to a possible explanation. That is what happened to me with collages: seen through Tao they point to a dialectic alternation, underpinning a collective soul, a universal spirit.
