Al Seaman is Chairman of the Board of the Advertising Educational Foundation.
Seaman recently retired as Chairman of the Board and chief executive officer of SSC&B Inc., and as a Director and Member of the Executive Committee of The Interpublic Group of Companies.
Seaman joined SSC&B Inc. in 1959 following a career at Compton Advertising where he was creative director and, later, Executive Vice President. Seaman became President and CEO of SSC&B in 1960 – a position he held until 1979 when he assumed the position of Chairman and CEO.
