Louise Ainsworth, Chief Executive Officer Louise Ainsworth, Chief Executive Officer
Louise joined Warc as Chief Executive Officer in July 2012. After 9 years of agency experience at OgilvyOne, OgilvyInteractive and Organic, the digital agency, she joined Nielsen where she led the Nielsen Online EMEA team and launched Nielsen’s international advertising effectiveness offering. Earlier in her career she worked client side at Shell and as a strategist at Bain & Company and the BBC.

Louise holds degrees from Oxford University & Warwick University, an MBA from INSEAD and is a trustee of the Nominet Trust.

Roger Mulchandani, Client Services Director Roger Mulchandani, Client Services Director
Roger is Director of Client Services. Previously he managed Accenture's marketing practice for its banking group in the UK and Ireland. He also spent four years at The Corporate Executive Board in Washington DC and London, which culminated in serving as Director of Client Services for the Board's Marketing and Advertising practices in EMEA. Roger enjoys checking out London’s newest and coolest restaurants and is a keen traveller (37 countries and counting).

Eva began working with Warc in 1997, building early content partnerships for the site. She represents Warc in the US and Americas. Previously Eva was Executive Vice President for The Advertising Council. Eva's experience also includes representing the advertising agency business in Washington DC with the American Association of Advertising Agencies. She started her career in the advertising agency business, working in account services at Benton & Bowles and then Needham Harper.

Ed, former Managing Director of Bates 141 Singapore, was previously a Board Director at RKCR/Y&R in London. He has helped to develop brand strategy and campaigns for Lego, Marks & Spencer, Land Rover, Nokia, Heineken and Sony.

Rebecca is Office Manager at Warc and PA to Louise Ainsworth. She provides office support across the business to different teams. After studying paediatric nursing, Rebecca joined National Car Parks Ltd as a Data Entry Clerk and then went on to work as a Business Support Administrator with The Civil Aviation Authority. When not managing the office, Rebecca can be found at home feeding her addiction to Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and Top Gear (secretly aspiring to being a presenter of the show).

Carlos joined Warc in 2008 after eight years at the Financial Times, where he was latterly marketing correspondent. Previously he was acting deputy on the FT's UK Companies' news desk and the senior UK Companies' reporter. Prior to that, Carlos edited Creative Business, the FT's weekly print section and website covering media, marketing, advertising, PR and technology. Before joining the FT, he was deputy editor of New Media Markets, an industry publication, and trained as a journalist on the Western Morning News in Plymouth, UK

David is International Editor, responsible for expanding Warc's supply of content from around the world. He has been writing about media and marketing for more than a decade, including six years at Haymarket Media Group. There he was features editor on Marketing magazine, based in London, before moving to the Hong Kong Office to become Managing Editor of Haymarket's Media magazine (now Campaign Asia), covering marketing and media across Asia-Pacific.

Geoffrey is Warc's US Editor and Editor-in-chief of the Journal of Advertising Research. He is the co-author of Always On: Advertising Marketing and Media in an Era of Consumer Control and served as editor of CMO Thought Leaders: The Rise of the Strategic Marketer. Geoffrey has served as a contributing Editor of Fortune Magazine, Deputy Editor of Smart Money, and was the founding Editor of AdWeek US, amongst other magazines. For Crain Communications, publisher of Ad Age, he created and launched Point, a monthly magazine for Senior Marketing Management.

Colin Grimshaw, Editor, Admap Colin Grimshaw, Editor, Admap
Colin joined Warc as Editor of Admap magazine in August 2008. He was previously Deputy Editor of Media Week and Media Editor of Marketing. He has written extensively on media, advertising and marketing for the Financial Times, Sunday Business, The Independent, The Guardian and The Evening Standard. Colin began his career in media at the Los Angeles Times as a Financial Analyst, rising to Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. On returning to London, he joined the Telegraph Group - where he launched The Weekly Telegraph – and held executive positions at the Guardian Media Group and Emap.

Suzy joined Warc in July 2000 as an editorial assistant on warc.com. She became involved with Warc Data in 2001 and is now responsible for collating its extensive range of international advertising expenditure and media data for 80 markets worldwide. This encompasses the Warc International Ad Forecast and Warc’s Consensus Ad Forecast. Alongside these reports, Suzy carries out a quarterly survey of UK adspend on behalf of the UK Advertising Association.

Emma Kingham, Marketing Manager Emma Kingham, Marketing Manager
Emma joined as Marketing Manager in June 2009 and is responsible for marketing Warc’s print products and all Warc events. Prior to joining Warc, Emma led the Strategy and Insight team at Titan Outdoor and was Marketing Brand Manager at Dow Jones, working primarily on The Wall Street Journal Europe. When not devoting her time to Warc you will probably find her at a vintage fair, or chasing around after her young daughter who keeps her extremely busy.

Jayshree Badhan, Marketing Manager Jayshree Badhan, Marketing Manager
Jayshree is responsible for marketing warc.com and Warc's other online products. Prior to joining Warc, Jayshree led the marketing team at publishing giant Informa Telecoms and Media and was Marketing Consultant at GamblingCompliance, working primarily on the online service. When not dedicating her time to Warc, Jayshree regularly plays as a nifty left winger for British Airways Women's Football Club.

Darren Blundy, Finance Director Darren Blundy, Finance Director
Darren joined Warc as Finance Director in February 2009.   After qualifying as an accountant with KPMG, Darren worked in a variety of roles for British Airways, UCB S.A and, most recently, MLL Telecom where he was Head of Finance. Darren is a member of the ICAEW and has an MBA from Warwick Business School. Outside of work, Darren enjoys a variety of sports and has two young sons that keep him busy.
