A distinguished US research consultant, Alexander Biel was educated at the University of Chicago and at Columbia. After service as associate director of research with Leo Burnett Chicago, he held a series of senior O&M posts in Europe and North America. Until recently he was executive director of WWP's The Centre for Research & Development, and is director of RSI.
