UK Jobless Numbers Rise Again

   LONDON - The number of people drawing unemployment benefit in the UK has risen at its sharpest rate since the recession of the early 1990s, government figures revealed this week.
   The Office of National Statistics says the number of jobless rose 37,000 to 1.53 million between November and January. The claimant rise in February, 14,600, is the biggest since December 1992.
