Swiss Agencies Aim for Tangible Ad Results

In a bid to boost the quality and effectiveness of advertising in the landlocked European nation, the Swiss trade body is relaunching itself under the banner of bsw leading swiss agencies.

President of the organisation Peter Leutenegger says marketing budgets are being squeezed by clients, despite evidence that quality advertising is linked to business success.

As part of the shift toward more rigorous measurement of effectiveness, local EFFIE advertising awards will be judged by the reality of market results, rather than by previously agreed targets.
