South Africa’s Zoom Sets up Shop in UK, Australia

South African retail marketing agency Zoom is opening outposts in the UK and Australia.

The WPP-owned shop – a unit of Ogilvy & Mather – currently has offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, and is setting up two more in Glasgow and Sydney.

Zoom provides through-the-line marketing plus services such as store design and merchandising. It expects to generate income of £180,000 (€280,000; $266,000) from the UK office and £120,000 from the Australian unit.
