Skoda Taps Leagas Delaney for European Launch Account

Czech auto firm Skoda – a unit of Volkswagen – has handed the European ad duties for the launch of its upmarket Montreux brand to Hamburg’s Leagas Delaney.

The triumphant shop beat off a final-round pitch from Frankfurt’s Foote, Cone & Belding Worldwide. Grey Worldwide in Prague, incumbent on all Skoda’s other marques, also pitched in the review.

Leagas Delaney only has a presence in the UK, Italy, Spain and France, though it will open an office in Prague to service Skoda; in other markets, Grey Worldwide’s network will adapt the campaign.
