Skoda Reviews Euro Ad Duties

12 April 2001

Auto manufacturer Skoda is reviewing its European ad account. Neither the media account, managed by MediaCom, nor the UK ad duties, handled by Fallon, are affected.

Skoda is reportedly unhappy with creative work in several European markets from incumbent Grey Worldwide. Another factor lying behind the review is the launch of a new luxury car model, branded Montreux, next year.

The car company is believed to be in talks with several agencies regarding the business. Although Fallon has been asked to pitch for the account, it is as yet unclear whether it will take up the invitation.
