Renault to Break Italian Campaign

French car manufacturer Renault is about to launch a campaign designed specifically for the Italian market.

The ads, to be run from November 19 with the tagline ‘Muoversi Sempre’ (‘Always Moving’), are the brainchild of Publicis Italia, and will feature in half-page print adverts and internet banner spots.

In a move designed to dislodge Fiat’s dominance of the Italian auto market, the campaign focuses on Renault’s service network across Italy. Fiat’s own network has traditionally been seen as an advantage over other car makers.

Commented Publicis: “The idea is to highlight that there is more than one car company in Italy with a nationwide service network.”

Billings have not been disclosed.
