RAJAR To Test New Meter Technology

   LONDON - The UK's radio audience research body RAJAR (Radio Joint Audience Research) has given the nod for the Smart Cell Phone to join Eurisko and Arbitron meters in ongoing trials.
   The technology, developed by by Ipsos in collaboration with The Media Audit in the US, is designed to research radio, TV, cable and internet use, all through audio monitoring.
