Philips joins Coke, Nike on Warc Prize panel

LONDON/WASHINGTON: Sital Banerjee, the global head of media at Philips, has joined the panel of judges for the US$10,000 Warc Prize for Ideas and Evidence.

The Prize, which is free to enter, will be awarded to the best case study uploaded to and its first entry deadline is May 11.

Based in Amsterdam, Banerjee heads up Philips' worldwide media activities, as well as leading its search marketing and campaign effectiveness tracking programmes.

He will join other senior marketers - such as Simon Pestridge, global brand director, sportswear at Nike and Linda Kovarik, regional creative director, Asia Pacific for Coca-Cola, Charlotte West, South Asia regional marketing director for Reckitt Benckiser, and others on the panel.

Alex Bogusky, chief creative insurgent of MDC Partners and founding partner of Crispin Porter + Bogusky, will be chairing the panel of judges.
