NEW YORK: News Corporation has inked a distribution deal with Time Warner's cable business to open the way for the launch of the former's
Fox Business Channel later this year.
TW, the second biggest cable television provider in the US with 13 million subscribers, joins number one firm, Comcast and its 24m customers in offering a platform for the business news network.
The deal will give the new venture access to the crucial Wall Street audience and to the Madison Avenue-based advertising community in New York.
